We use information to respond to requests, evaluate robotic welding applications, prepare quotes and proposals, manage dealer and customer relationships, provide support, coordinate installation and service, improve the website, protect our systems, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Service providers
RAS uses trusted providers for website hosting, secure accounts and data storage, transactional email, analytics, and optional assistant support. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to RAS. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, customer support, business records, security, and legal obligations. RAS uses access controls, encrypted connections, role-based permissions, and service monitoring to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
