These terms govern access to the Robotic Arc Systems (RAS) website, account portals, planning tools, downloadable resources, quotes, proposals, and support services. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Planning information
Website content, configurator results, ROI estimates, layouts, and budgetary pricing are provided for evaluation and planning. Results depend on application details, fixtures, part variation, utilities, safety controls, production conditions, and final engineering review.
Quotes and proposals
A quote or proposal is governed by its stated scope, validity period, assumptions, exclusions, commercial terms, and approval requirements. Website submissions do not create a purchase agreement. A binding sale requires written acceptance and any additional documents required by RAS.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Portal information may be confidential and must be used only for authorized customer, dealer, employee, installation, or service work. Notify RAS promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Safety and technical resources
RAS safety and technical materials supplement, and do not replace, site-specific risk assessments, current laws and standards, qualified engineering review, equipment manuals, training, guarding validation, electrical requirements, and your written safety program.
Intellectual property
RAS website content, branding, documents, software interfaces, images, and materials are owned by RAS or used with permission. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or used to misrepresent an affiliation with RAS without written permission.
Availability and changes
RAS may update content, features, availability, and these terms as products and services evolve. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, data, or systems.
